Our technology is being developed for all dairy lovers interested in having a more conscious and sustainable diet without compromise.
Cells are isolated from the mammary gland (udder) of the cow.
Cells are fed a mix of sugars, salts, amino acids, and grow inside a large vessel called a bioreactor.
Lactation is initiated in the cells inside the bioreactor using our proprietary process.
Milk is harvested from the bioreactor and transformed into the dairy products you know and love!
